大豆磷脂到底是不是过敏源？

根据我现在掌握的过敏源资料，大豆卵磷脂在美国、欧盟、日本都属于过敏源。

虽然其成分已不含有大豆蛋白，但是无法确保完全没有大豆蛋白，所以谨慎之说都会把磷脂当过敏原，从某些国家的法规中都明确规定了该点~
