BRC第五版中 撤回与召回的区别

撤回和召回都已经确认产品是危险的，因此用的都是a dangerous product 。撤回中所谓的预防因为撤回包括还没有流通到最终销售环节的产品的撤回。

有说召回包括撤回的，有说返回包括召回的，有没有比较准确的？这个第五版说的也不明确呀！！头大。。。。[ ]

Withdraw撤回Any measure aimed at preventing the distribution,display and offer of a product dangerous to the consumer.任何针对于预防分发、展示和提供有危险的产品给顾客的措施。Recall召回Any measure aimed at achieving the return of a dangerous product that has already been supplied or made available to consumers by the producer or distributor.任何针对生产商或分销商将已提供给或可能给客户的有危险的产品完成归还的措施。withdrawal :taken off the shelves;应该是从零售商处下架;recall:when customers are asked to return the product;消费者被要求送回产品;按我的理解，撤回是未确定具体危害的产品事先返还。而召回有主动的意思，而且是已确认产品的危害。
