AFTER dilutione.g. If 5 ml of a solution was diluted to 100 ml the dilution factor would be 100 / 5 = 20 For multiple dilutions the dilution factor is the product of the dilution factors for each individual dilution.e.g. If 5 ml was diluted to 100 ml and 2 ml of the resulting solution was diluted to 50 ml the dilution factor would be:-(100 / 5) x (50 / 2) = 20 x 25 = 500From a practical point of view, the dilution factor for each step is:(Volume of flask) / (Volume of pipette)”所以我上面的问题中稀释因子应该是10/1=10,两种方法因该是第二种比较准确,不知理解是否正确?可是样品如果是固体是按重量计算,不是按体积计算怎么办?
