没有这样的定义，7718的意思是企业在标签上强调了添加或含有某种配料有价值、有特性的配料或成分，需要标注强调的配料或成分的添加量或在成品中的含量。所以有没有价值或特性需要企业自己来证明。个人观点仅供参考。

猪肉里加了少量青椒，声明加了青椒。如果不标青椒添加量，打假的绝对找上门，所以不知道是法律滑稽还是打假人无耻。所有的食物都有价值，也都有特性，在配料表之外提及了就得标否则就会有麻烦。
