FDA的规定：“F0 means the equivalent amount of time, in minutes at 121°C or 250°F, which has been delivered to a product by the sterilization process”就是将你实际灭菌温度下的时间换算为标准的121度灭菌的时间。比如你在111摄氏度进行灭菌15min中，按照温度效率每减少10度，灭菌效果降低10倍计算的话。F0 = (121°C-111°C)/10°C * 1/10 * 15min = 1.5min
